The Food Resilience Partnership blog is the first step in developing an interactive, online tool that community organizations and individuals can use to map, chart, and develop partnerships to promote food equity- access to safe, nutritious, affordable and culturally appropriate food.
At the
2nd annual Multnomah Food Summit this Friday, we'll be showcasing an example of a vertically integrated partnership model that bridges education, research, and community-based change agents to promote healthy and equitable food access for underserved communities.
After the workshop, the slides will be posted on this site, and we will continue to post examples and works-in-progress of successful partnerships as they form. Please use the link below to send in your questions or blog posts.
